Our company Immigration PATHS was established in 2012 and works with a team of experienced licensed immigration consultants (RCICs) who value the integrity of the Canadian immigration system. We deeply care for the clients we serve in keeping up to the highest standards of the profession.

Immigration PATHS provides a full scope of immigration and auxiliary services where we successfully represent clients, employers and businessmen in Canada and from all over the world in achieving their personal and business-related immigration goals.

We have extensive experience in dealing with various complex immigration and legal matters, among them: applications under all Federal and Provincial immigration programs, Appeals, Refugee and Admissibility Hearings, Detention Reviews, Humanitarian and Compassionate applications and Business-Entrepreneur Applications.

Before taking upon each case, we always conduct a thorough preliminary assessment to determine the eligibility and options for our clients by selecting the best approach and strategies that match their individual situations.

To better assist our clients, we also offer additional services such as, translation and interpretation services, transcription services and documents commissioning by Commissioner of Oaths, Newcomer’s settlement, Business Plans writing, Start-ups and assistance with preparing applications for various government services, job search strategies, interview preparation one-on-ones and many others.

Immigration PATHS team speaks multiple languages, among them: Chinese, Russian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Spanish, Serbian, Ukrainian, Polish, Hindi and English, of course. This helps us to interact directly with our clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and to advise them on sensitive topics and confidential issues while overcoming the language barriers.

Immigration PATHS works closely with other specialists in the immigration field, including immigration lawyers, settlement counselors, ESL instructors, community/social workers and experts in the industry. We partner with them through our established extensive network in the industry and membership in professional and business associations both in Canada and abroad. Our firm also cooperates with several Canadian educational institutions (public and private Universities, Colleges, and School Boards), NGOs and many others to better assist and meet the variety of our clients’ needs.

We are conveniently located on the west end of Toronto, bordering Mississauga, ON. Both Toronto and Mississauga are the top 2 largest metropolitan areas in Canada, also known as GTA, which allows us to serve multiple communities of immigrants.

Our close proximity to the major highways (401, 427, QEW and Gardiner Expressway) and the transportation systems of two cities (TTC and Me Bus, including the GO Train) makes us easily approachable both by car and public transportation.

We are within a 10-minute drive from Toronto Pearson International Airport, 20-minute drive to Downtown and the buses are at our doorstep. We even have the emblematic Canadian Tim Horton’s on our site!

We bring along both our Canadian and international experience in immigration. Our road-map in the industry is cross-linked with our sister company Lingua PATHS and this allows us to provide multilingual support to our customers in a variety of languages. We can assist with translators in any language or dialect you may find in Canada and around the world.

Immigration PATHS is licensed by the College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and authorized by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to represent clients on immigration matters.  We specialize in multiple immigration fields and categories, ranging from Visa Applications and Family Sponsorship, Student and Work Permits, to complex Hearings and Appeals and Detention Reviews.
